Persuasion plays a big part in our lives especially as MBA students. Its is one of the primary things we ought to learn and master. It was the task in my hand. After all my life of being a lone runner, now I had to encourage others to take it up. Not only encourage but increase in Numbers. So I had to sell running and sell it real good. Ronak came in to my room and bashed me for not marketing running properly. But running is not something which people look forward to. The best strategy to market running is Time. Only time will hold an answer and will attract most of the runners. It is time that will make people realize its benefits. I chose to include the health benefits and few other benefits to attract a few. The personal goal that Ive set is 10 long distance runners by the end of the Term who can easily run a distance of 10 kms for the Sricity marathon. For this I am targeting some big testimonials and stories that can really help sell running to people. Often we find ourselves in situations when we are trying to do good to people but it hardly ever works out. Lets hope this photo of our walkway in IFMR attracts atleast a few of them tomorrow.
